Copy and print control
PaperCut MF extends the print, capture, billing and charge capabilities of PaperCut, enabling organizations of any size to manage all copying and printing produced across their entire multi-functional copier and printer fleets using a single low cost software application. To capture "off the glass" walk-up copying, PaperCut MF supports direct TCP/IP network connection with selected 3rd party hardware terminals, enabling user authentication and access via common card formats including: Bar Coded Cards, HID and Mifare Smart Cards. Clients also have the option to implement touch screen terminals as an "all in one" copy / print-station, enabling greater interactive information for users and options for site messages and organizational logos. |
Most importantly, 2008 will see the release of PaperCut MF Embedded Applications, providing more choice for tracking walk-up copying.
In response to the growing trend for educational institutions to migrate away from cash payments, PaperCut MF enables cashless account reloading via a number of payment gateways. Funds can also be added via self service hardware based loaders.
As PaperCut MF requires the addition of either embedded applications or 3rd party hardware, the implementation must be completed by qualified staff.
